EVENT: Art Crimes at The Dunes
If you haven’t had the opportunity to meet local photographer Dominique Fierro, you must take the opportunity to do so this evening!
I consider myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to get to know Dominique Fierro over the past six months. She is not only beautiful (both inside and out), inspiring, creative…(this list could go on and on)…but she is an incredibly talented photographer as well.
“… I always loved to capture real life moment’s – That’s when I realized that MY camera would never leave my side. It is my true passion and my first love. It allows me to show the world through my eyes.”
This evening, June 13, will mark her FIRST EVER solo show in Washington, DC at The Dunes where she will delight viewers with whimsical human forms alongside striking colorful abstracts. If you have not had the opportunity to see her work in person, you MUST come out tonight to view her pieces!
In addition, 10% of all art sales will benefit relief efforts in Haiti through J/P Haitian Relief Organization, whose mission is to save lives and bring sustainable programs to the Haitian people quickly and effectively in Dominique’s parents beloved country of Haiti.
A creative mind with a huge heart…sounds like we could use quite a few more “Dominique’s” in Washington, DC!

Fierro’s work has been featured in a variety of DC hotspots including MTV’s
“Real World DC” house, DC Modern Luxury, Bloomingdale’s, Peacock Cafe, Neiman Marcus, FotoDC Flash, Studio H Gallery, Capitol File, L2 Lounge & FotoWeekDC.
